Hello! I’m Miyako from Tokyo, Japan. I currently teach Japanese overseas. I love talking with people and learning about different cultures. My hobbies are exercising and watching anime. I have traveled to many countries such as the US, Canada, Spain, and China. I have also studied foreign languages, so I understand how challenging it can be. Don’t worry about mistakes. Let’s enjoy learning Japanese together! こんにちは！みやこです。東京出身です。今は海外で日本語を教えています。 人と話すことが大好きです。趣味は運動とアニメです。 アメリカ、カナダ、スペイン、中国などに旅行に行ったことがあります。 わたしも外国語を勉強したことがあります。だから勉強のむずかしさがわかります。 いっしょに楽しく日本語を勉強しましょう！ I have about 8 years of experience as a Japanese teacher and I also have a teaching qualification. I have taught many different kinds of students, including housewives and even celebrities. I also worked as a company employee in Japan, so I can teach about Japanese culture and business manners. My motto is to learn in a fun and enjoyable way! 日本語教師の経験は8年ぐらいあります。資格も持っています。 今まで主婦の方や芸能人など、いろいろな人に日本語を教えました。 日本で会社員として働いたこともあります。だから日本の文化やビジネスマナーも教えることができます。 わたしのモットーは「楽しく勉強すること」です。 My lesson style is very flexible — everything is OK! I create lessons based on each student’s goals and needs. If you want free conversation, that’s OK. If you want to study for the JLPT, that’s OK too.
