I'm actually happy to see our lessons become more and more challenging. All these different cases in Russian grammar are starting to make sense, but they're still extremely complicated for my English-thinking brain to comprehend and use! However Yulia's patient explanations, review methods, and relevant homework assignments are all helping me a lot. I'm slowly becoming better at applying these rules to regular conversations outside of our lessons. I also like that she won't make a huge fuss over a mistake, but will still expect me to study and improve. She always responds with questions or tips when I need them too. It's all helping my confidence with learning Russian. Thanks Yulia! I look forward to more of your lessons.

Yulia is so patient, attentive, and highly qualified. She is a fantastic teacher for anyone, and i highly recommend.

Bonjour, Je suis toujours très contente de mes cours avec Yulia. Sa méthode est exigeante mais bénéfique. Pendant la première partie du cours je m'exprime librement sur mes activités et les sujets qui m'intéressent. C'est difficile pour moi, mais ça me fait progresser parce que ça m'oblige à me rappeler beaucoup de mots et d'expressions. Pendant la deuxième partie du cours Yulia m'explique un point de grammaire à l'aide d'exercices. Tout cela se passe dans une atmosphère de compréhension et de gentillesse très agréable. I've been taking lessons with Yulia for over two years now and I really enjoy it. Thanks to her my russian really improved and she exactly identified my weak points when helping me prepare for my exam. She always chooses super interesting topics and makes learning feel fun and easy. I look forward to many more lessons with her!)

I really enjoy studying with Yulia because she is friendly and efficient. During the first half of the lesson she encourages me to speak as much as possible in spite of my difficulties and for the second half she always explains a specific grammatical structure and has some exercises ready. I like her method and think I am making progress.
