Hi, I’m Eli from the UK! I’m a TEFL/TESOL certified English tutor and a SEND Teaching Assistant with two years’ experience supporting children and young people. I’m calm, patient, and love helping learners grow their confidence. I’ve also worked as a kids’ club entertainer, live-in nanny, and in Hamleys toy shop, so I enjoy creating relaxed, friendly lessons that feel fun and natural. Teaching AssistantI work as a Teaching Assistant in a SEND high school, where we focus on the individual needs of every student. I’ve supported children and young people from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them build confidence in communication, literacy, and everyday skills. I’ve also work with our school’s careers team, supporting older students as they explore their strengths and plan their next steps after school. This experience has made me patient, adaptable, and able to create personalised lessons.

Kids Club EntertainerFrom around 2014 to 2023, I worked in various seasonal roles as an animator in hotels. I ran the kids’ club, created daily activity plans, and organised games, crafts, and themed sessions for children. I also led activities for teens and adults, including quizzes, sports, evening entertainment, and group events. Working with such a wide range of ages helped me develop strong communication skills, confidence in leading groups, and the ability to adapt activities to different language levels.
