초등 1급 정교사 교원자격증 - 서울특별시 교육청 - 2003교육대학원 졸업 후 교사로서 5년 학생들을 가르친 후, 1급 정교사 연수를 받으면 이 자격증을 받을 수 있음. 1급 정교사 자격증은 2급 정교사 자격증에 비해 더 우수한 교육을 할 수 있다는 증명이 되며, 이후 학교에서 보다 책임감 있는 직책을 맡게 됨.
