I was really glad to have a class with Teacher Josh. He is very attentive and supportive. Most importantly, he shared his listening strategies, which are completely different from anything I had learned online. They really opened my eyes. I finally realized that I had been too focused on understanding every single word, which was why I spent so much time analyzing details without making much progress. Great experience with the trial lesson. After I sent a lesson request, Josh messaged me and asked about my learning preferences. This made it clear to me that Josh had seen my request and accepted it intentionally, and that he genuinely cares about helping people learn English. Josh joined on time and was fully engaged during the lesson, politely correcting some of my mistakes. After the lesson, he offered to provide some helpful learning materials, which I always appreciate.
