Speak Natural Japanese Beyond Textbooks | Conversation, Nuance & Real-Life Japanese You've studied Japanese and learned grammar, but real conversations can still feel difficult.
My lessons are designed mainly for intermediate and advanced learners who want to speak more naturally and confidently in real-life situations.
Most lessons are conversation-based. Instead of focusing on textbooks, we use real communication to improve your speaking skills.
I usually speak the way I naturally speak with other Japanese people. Of course, I can slow down, rephrase, or explain unfamiliar words when needed, but you'll also have the chance to experience natural Japanese as it is actually spoken.
In our lessons, we can work on:
• natural conversation
• nuance and tone
• casual vs. polite Japanese
• natural reactions and responses
• pronunciation and pitch accent
• speaking confidence
My lessons are especially helpful if you:
• know grammar but struggle to speak smoothly
• want to sound more natural
• want feedback on word choice and nuance
• want to maintain or improve your Japanese through conversation
I take notes during lessons and provide useful vocabulary, corrections, and natural alternatives for review after class.
Beginners are welcome, but my lessons are especially suited to learners who already have a basic foundation and want more exposure to real Japanese.
My goal is to help you communicate naturally and confidently in Japanese.
