Today, I was able to tell stories from my vacation fully in Korean. I also was able to understand and answer questions Yubeen asked me. It is exciting to see how every lesson has built up to this point where I can express myself well.

I had fun learning about seasonal traditions and weather in Korea, as well as explaining the weather and seasonal traditions in my hometown. I was surprised by how much I was able to express in Korean during the conversation. When I needed English, Yubeen helped me translate. However, I was able to express almost everything in Korean! It was very exciting.

Yubeen makes me feel comfortable enough to try new sentences in Korean on my own - not just when she asks me to! I feel motivated to do my best because I'm not afraid to make mistakes.

Today, I realized that mentally processing hangul has become almost effortless. I used to read hangul -> think about the English equivalent -> speak. Now, I just see hangul and speak. I credit Yubeen's clear pronunciation and calm voice for giving me the experience, practice, and support to try my best and learn so quickly.

I enjoy having conversations with Yubeen in Korean! She is patient and supportive. She understands English well, so she is able to help me when I don't know a phrase. She's also good at explaining natural phrases. I'm learning a lot!

I learn a lot every lesson! After learning some basics, I was curious about how to say certain expressions. Yubeen prepared a lesson specifically to teach me what I was curious about. It was very interesting and now I can express myself better!
