Hi! My name is Megan, and my passion is learning about other languages and cultures. I'm a native English speaker from Canada, so I grew up around many different cultures, and I've also travelled to and studied in many countries. All of this made me a very curious person! I'm a happy-go-lucky Canadian girl who is passionate about learning and teaching others.
I also enjoy sewing and crafting different things, doing Zumba and other fitness classes at the gym, playing online games with friends, being environmentally friendly, and travelling to other countries. The world is your oyster when you can speak multiple languages, so let's do it!我的教學經歷
I'm a fully-certified English teacher with lots of experience helping students practice English conversation, and understand grammar, and absolutely love it. I've taught English abroad, at the postsecondary level in Canada, and online to students from around the world on italki. It's always a great feeling to know that I'm able to help others reach their goals!我的課程內容與教學風格
I like to make lessons fun, and help you practice as much as possible. I believe that after learning grammar, real conversation is the best way to remember it, so my lessons follow the communicative language learning approach. After learning new information (grammar, vocabulary, etc.), we will use it immediately, with practice in real life conversations (often role play).
I like to teach through real-world materials, so we will watch Youtube videos, read newspaper articles, write journal entries, and practice daily conversation. It's all about what will be the most helpful for you!我的教材
