Hello! I’m Nicholas, a native English speaker based in London, and I’m passionate about helping students become confident, natural communicators in English. My teaching style is all about real-world conversations, so whether you’re preparing for travel, work, or just want to chat more easily in everyday situations, I’m here to support you every step of the way. I love sharing insights into British culture, history, and everyday language, including authentic expressions and tips that will help you sound more like a local. As someone who speaks Spanish and is currently studying Hindi, I truly understand the ups and downs of learning a new language. This experience helps me create lessons that are patient, practical, and always tailored to your individual goals and interests. I believe that learning should be engaging and enjoyable, so I often bring my interests in history, travel, and sports into our discussions. This means you’ll always have something interesting to talk about, and you’ll pick up useful vocabulary and cultural knowledge along the way. I have been studying with Nicholas for more than a year now and it appeared to be one of the most productive and pleasant experiences. To be fair I already started with a decent English level so I was searching for a talking practice to sharpen my skills. What is better for speaking practice than a well-read teacher with a broad mind and who also is genuinely interested and cares about interlocutor's opinion, mindset and experience? Nicholas has all of these qualities. Learning English with him turned from a necesity and obligation to thought-provoking and at the same time fun discussions. I did not only get a perfect teacher from these lessons but also a good friend with whom I am not afraid to speak up. Thank you, Nicholas, for standing behind my level of speaking English and also behind some of my life-changing decisions!
