I had a great first lesson with Yusaku! He was friendly, patient, and very easy to talk to. He did a great job tailoring the lesson to my level and goals, while also explaining grammar and vocabulary in a clear and approachable way. I especially appreciated how comfortable he made it to ask questions and make mistakes. I came away from the lesson feeling more confident and excited to continue learning Japanese with him. Highly recommended!

just did my first lesson with yusaku and i enjoyed having a conversation. When i didn't understand what he said he would explain it in in English and patient. I recommend booking him when you need to speak in Japanese and i plan on booking him again.

Yusaku Sensei is a great guy to get started learning Japanese with! He has a really great intuition of how to keep the conversation going. Aso -- if you need some English help, he's more than capable of doing that as well. I had a great experience talking with him and getting to stretch and flex my Japanese conversational muscles. I'd definitely recommend him to beginners as well as advanced learners.

Great lesson today with teacher who does not ask questions that leads to student not wanting to share any information you don't prefer sharing when doing an introduction about yourself. Thank you for explaining Japanese terms and grammar sentence making in a little English to help me understand better. Hope to learn more Japanese and become more understandable.
