i absolutely recommend abettu to ANYONE who wants to learn real sicilianu or learn sicilianu and italiano. i’m a minor with learning disabilities and he is so accommodating and so informative. he also helps me learn how to say things about things i like like bands. he goes on cool trips to see the world, all around, great and kind guy

Alberto's excellent command of the English language has been very helpful to me to be able to understand the nuances of the Italian language. I have had lessons with several teachers and I would rate Alberto as being the best for me. He speaks very clearly and is easy to understand when speaking either Italian or English, which I think facilitates learning for students.

I just had my first lesson with Alberto and am very impressed. He is organized and knows how to keep the conversation moving. He puts you at ease by tailoring his approach to your level, which is important when you’re like me and don’t yet have a lot of confidence in your speaking and comprehension ability. He also types out phrases as he goes along, either to correct you or to give you new vocabulary and phrases. (He does this so quickly that you hardly even notice it while you’re talking.) This is a great resource to have after the lesson, since it gives you a ready-made study guide to review. Alberto also has lots of useful suggestions about how to improve your Italian using online and other resources. On top of all this, he’s just a very friendly person who’s encouraging and supportive. I’m really looking forward to more lessons with Alberto!

I’ve been taking lessons from Alberto for over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about him. He caters each lesson to what I’m currently learning, assigns me homework on request, and above all is fantastic at meeting me at my level and pushing me to improve.
