Hello! I am a certified Egyptian teacher of Arabic as a Foreign Language. I hold a Master of Arts in Teaching Arabic as a Foreign Language (TAFL) from the American University in Cairo (AUC). Since graduating, I have had the privilege of teaching students from all over the world, covering every age group, level, and cultural background.
What You Will Learn
I specialize in bridging the gap between formal and everyday speech. With me, you can master:
Modern Standard Arabic (MSA): For literature, news, and formal communication.
Egyptian Colloquial Arabic (ECA): To speak like a local and navigate daily life in Egypt.
Specialized Arabic: Including Media Arabic and advanced linguistic contexts.
Since I graduated from the AUC, I have had the chance to teach students from different nationalities, levels, ages, ethnic groups, and cultures. This was helpful to introduce a variety of ideas, and beliefs while teaching the language. Additionally, students were able to explore the language in a meaningful context.
With me, you will learn both Modern Standard Arabic (MSA) and Egyptian Colloquial Arabic (ECA). In addition, I offer specialized courses such as media Arabic.
My favorite approach in teaching is the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach in which I teach language in context (vocabulary & grammar). This means that you do not have to memorize lists of vocabulary or grammatical rules. Instead, you will learn them through meaningful contexts. In my lessons, I use authent...我的教材
