Hi everyone, My name is Marie, and I’ve been teaching Swedish, English and Russian since 2009. I am a professional teacher and I have a TEFL/TESOL certification.
I worked as a university teacher, and I worked at several language schools in Russia. I also taught English in Asia for a couple of years. Currently, I only teach on Skype and work as a translator. I teach online every day, and I have students from all over the world. I use professional educational materials and I have experience of working with students of different ages (5-75).我的教學經歷
I'm friendly, flexible and very patient. I like discussing various topics such as music, films, food, technologies, traveling, culture, etc. I'm good at explaining grammar, so you can ask me any questions about that.
I prefer not to push but to inspire, and individual approach is my main principle. I let the students study at their own pace, and I always try to find the best way to help them achieve their goals. I'm happy to see how my lessons help my students to travel, to communicate with their family members, to find work in another country, to get another citizenship, etc. I also hope I can help people from different countries understand each other better.我的課程內容與教學風格
My teaching style is a combination of books and speaking practice. Sometimes, if it's reasonable, I also use videos and articles. If you have any ideas or suggestions, please don't hesitate to tell me.

It is a very nice experience learning Russian with Marie. We are working with a textbook and she is invaluable in explaining grammar rules and help me correct my pronounciation. She also provides valuable insight into the russian culture and differences between Sweden and Russia. I absolutely recommend her as a teacher.
