Rafaela

I LOVED my lesson with Rafaela! My whole night got thrown off and this was the last of a few back-to-back meetings. She rolled with it and jumped into a lesson that challenged me (I get very self-conscious about speaking Portuguese) and was also a lot of fun. She spoke largely in Portuguese, repeating certain phrases (which I then learned in addition to the actual lesson). I got the feeling that I could get along well with Rafaela as well as learn a ton from her. I would highly recommend scheduling a session with her!

Rafaela is dream-come-true teacher. She has a loooot of amazing and incredible interesting tasks and she's also has inner fire to teach, so I can feel this energy through my class and even after: smiling and waiting to new class to come. Thank you so much for opening Portuguese-speaking world for me! Muito obrigada✨

This has been my first lesson with Rafaela, and I can tell that it could not have been a better start. She is, above all, highly enthusiastic, and does not treat her adult student as a 10 year old (unfortunately, something very common in language training). I will be definitely repeating and take regular sessions with her. Sound and pronunciation are key for my understanding and appreciation of languages, and Rafaela's focus on accuracy in this department is outstanding for my instruction. Muito brigado, Rafaela!

Rafaela took great interest in my interest in martial arts. It's always nice to talk about things you are passionate about and I appreciate her taking an interest. Rafaela provides amazing feedback and she is always 100% invested in my progress which really drives me to improve my Portuguese. I am so happy to have found such a wonderful teacher.
