Professional English Teacher with 25+ years of teaching experience I'm a Canadian who has been living abroad for the past 18 years, and I truly enjoy exploring new cultures and connecting with people from all walks of life. Traveling has given me a deeper appreciation for different perspectives, and I believe this helps me create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone I meet. I'm approachable, curious, and always happy to share stories or listen to yours. With 25 years of experience teaching English, I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of learners - from children and adults to business professionals. My teaching journey has taken me across Canada, Italy, and China, where I’ve taught both individuals and large groups. I've also helped students successfully prepare for Cambridge and Trinity exams, tailoring my approach to meet their academic and professional goals. My lessons are relaxed and friendly, because I believe learning should be an enjoyable and engaging experience. At the same time, I understand the importance of structure and goal-setting. Each lesson is designed to meet the specific needs of the student, and I’m always flexible in adapting to different learning styles, preferences, and situations.
