I’ve taught kindergarten, middle school, and primary school students in China and on Italki. My youngest students are just three years old! I’ve taught over one thousand adult lessons on Italki, to students with a variety of goals and English levels. My biggest asset as a teacher is my extensive experience. I carefully plan personalized lessons for my students. I’m flexible, and I can adjust my teaching style to meet your needs. I love teaching, because it gives me a chance to be creative.我的課程內容與教學風格
My lessons are designed to give you as much speaking time as possible. I give beginners lots of chances to practice the grammar and vocabulary we study. With advanced learners, I focus on introducing new topics and situations, to help you expand the contexts in which you are able to speak English.
My children’s lessons are designed to be fun and encouraging. I have many props, games, songs, puppets, and more! Theatre is a passion of mine, and I use my theatrical skills to create an engaging classroom environment for my young students. We can learn the basics of English, or we can learn about culture, travel, and authentic conversation. Homework available upon request.我的教材

My daughter had lessons with Shannon since 2020 and her level of English has drastically improved. She likes her a lot and she learns very fast because Shannon is very efficient, funny and has great teaching skills. She definitely is the best teacher that my daughter has ever had.

Although it was just a first lesson for my son I was really impressed how much energy, fun and passion Shennon puts in communication with a child! My son was smiling and happy and once the class has finished he said to “I want to talk to her more!”. Highly recommend if you plan English classes for a small child!
