Very patient and understanding! I like that we went over our last lesson to help me to refresh and remember what I have studied. And when introduced to new words she helps to understand and define them and gives great examples when you are struggling. Also, very interactive. It’s a struggle speaking when you are learning a new language and she helps to make you speak more and feel comfortable while doing it.

Patient, encouraging, and slow speaking so I can understand.

Marie is a wonderful teacher for my 3 teenage boys. She is patient, encouraging, enthusiastic, and easy to understand. Some teachers do not know enough English to help when they are stuck, and some use too much English. Marie speaks in Spanish calmly and at a pace that is perfect for them to learn Spanish. She uses materials, stories, videos, etc. I highly recommend her.
