I live in the Chicago area with my wonderful wife and two children. I have been teaching English to students from around the world since 1990. I have visited Colombia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Canada and Brazil.

Each student is different and has their own unique needs and goals. I want to focus on your goals for learning English and customize my lessons to help you progress. I have a relaxed teaching style. I think you make more progress learning a language when you are not nervous about making mistakes. Making mistakes is part of learning a language! Just have fun and relax.

I am all about you - I will adapt and customize my lessons to support you in your language learning. You can speak about a topic, or you can write about a topic, and I will give you feedback on your speaking and/or writing during the lesson, to help you advance your English language skills.
