Laya

Laya teaches my two children 3-5x/wk. She is prepared, on time, and truly cares about them. She has a beautiful heart. She makes learning Spanish interesting and fun and they are quickly becoming fluent in Spanish. I have already recommended her to two other people and would highly recommend her to you also.

I enjoyed my session with Laya. She was patient and tried to encourage me to speak Spanish whenever I can even though at times I say so many wrong things. When I did she would kindly correct me before we continue. I appreciated the relaxed environment she created where I felt free to just speak even when incorrect and she would correct me after, keeping me on the right track. I felt comfortable like I was conversing with a friend. Her use of interactive games was also a plus for me. I will definitely book more sessions with her. Thanks Laya!

I started taking lessons with Laya about a month ago to prepare for a trip. Since then she’s helped me feel much more comfortable speaking thanks to her fun personality and the wealth of resources she uses that combine writing, reading, speaking, and listening skills. She has such an interesting perspective too that makes talking about various topics into both a language and general learning experience. Would highly recommend others to practice their Spanish with Laya!!

Laya is engaging, patient and encouraging. In just a few lessons I feel myself improving my Spanish.
