Hello, ni hao! I’m Anny. I majored in Chinese international education in Southwest University of China. After graduated, I worked as a Chinese teacher in Mandarin Garden, Shanghai. I have more than 6 years of online and offline Chinese teaching experience at school and over 5500 hours of teaching on italki, all of which have given me confidence to work with students at different levels and to help them improve Chinese effectively.我的教學經歷

Wow, I must say Anny always impresses me with her professionalism and commitment. She prepared photos and props as a follow-up to our discussion about culture from yesterday - she even managed to find an actual yì máo! :D and then we learned a new type of question and a way of modifying it, and I had some speaking practice - all that in just half an hour! I can thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent teacher!

Teacher Anny has been teaching our daughter since she was less than 4 years old. She has been having lessons with her for the last 1.5 years now. She is patient and great with kids and her lessons are well structured and engaging. Recently our daughter took the Youth Chinese Test (YCT) and got excellent results! Thank you for teaching our daughter and being a dedicated teacher !

After a few years break from studying Chinese, I was so happy to go back to my original teacher! Annie is my first Chinese teacher, and also the best one I’ve ever had. I love her classes not only because of her teaching skills but also the atmosphere she creates. I was amazed at how she managed to activate my vocabulary which I thought I had lost in those years I didn’t practise. We managed to have a good chat despite my level being lower than before. I look forward to our next class!
