Welcome to everyone! My name's Sandra. I'm Mexican and I've been living in Paris for the past 6 years.
I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology that I did in Paris. I'm currently a Project Manager for a large firm while I finish my Master's Degree in HR. I am also a writer and I have self-published some books under a pen name.
I love meeting new people and talking to them, that is why I chose to study psychology in the first place. I know first hand how hard is to learn a language by yourself. I did it with Italian and I'm currently doing it with Japanese. That's why I can offer you advice on learning and give you better tools to take your language skills to the next level.

I'm more than just a teacher. I consider myself as my students' friend. I want you to feel comfortable with your current language abilities and to help you improve them in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. I'm a friendly and open-minded person and no topics are off-limits. I've learnt to listen without judging. We all make mistakes... It's fine! Languages take time and they can also be frustrating. Fear not! During our conversations (because I want you not to feel like a student, but like you are just having a nice conversation with a friend), I'll correct your mistakes, I'll give you tips on improving your grammar and pronunciation.我的課程內容與教學風格
I won't bore you with a rigid approach and recite textbooks to you. That is the boring way to learn a language. I'm also a student, so I've there and done that and I prefer a more natural way. My lessons are as interactive as possible. I won't bore you with grammar and memorization, instead you'll feel like you are speaking French, Spanish or English with a friend. I'll use your target language almost exclusively. In order to become fluent in any language you must talk, talk, talk and talk. There's no way around it! I will listen closely to you and correct your pronunciation mistakes as well as your grammar mistakes. I'll be happy to correct any homework or assignment too.我的教材

Sandra is one of the coolest people in the world, and she is fluently cool in three languages. As opportunities to talk to her are precious commodities, I recommend that you take advantage of them to take yourself to a higher level of linguistic and intellectual experience.

I love Sandra. She is patient, fun, engaging and great with giving notes for words that I don't know. She doesn't just say the words for me but she types it in so I can see it better as a foreigner learning a new language. It's easier to see it than hear it although babies learn a language without knowing how to spell it. =)
Sandra's connection on Skype is perfect too. Not a single call dropped or have static so that it's hard to hear. I like that she is also very flexible. She allows me to ask as many questions and go off on rabbit trail if I happen to have questions NOT related to the lesson.
She is ALWAYS on time! She has never missed a lesson. I've canceled on her but she has not. If she did, I know that she will be reliable in letting me know in advance. I've had teacher who just didn't show up or was super late (not through italki)
Sandra can empathize with your struggles with learning a new language as she has learned several languages herself. She is obviously talented!
