Ivan

Ivan is not only an exceptionally patient teacher, but also a wonderful person to talk to. He can easily find his way around a conversation and make it interesting by cleverly appealing to whatever the student is interested in. It can be very frustrating to suddenly find yourself fumbling for words when normally you are quite an articulate person. It happened to me to get angry with myself at times, but he was always treated it with the attention and calm that I lacked. For anyone feeling uneasy about being a beginner and making a fool of himself, I recommend him unreservedly: you cannot avoid looking silly in learning a new language but at least have fun while doing it!

Ivan is a brilliant teacher. He is super patient, he encourages students to self correct and gives clear explanations and feedback in a kind, encouraging and positive way. The lessons are always interesting and relevant. He has an easygoing attitude and I enjoy every minute of our lessons. He allows you the time you need to express your ideas without feeling rushed, so you have an opportunity to "use" the language. I would thoroughly recommend him : )
