Hello! My name is Cyndi. I am an online teacher. I have been teaching for several years already. I am TESOL and TEYL certified. I am a polyglot because I know several languages including Filipino (Tagalog), Cebuano, Surigaonon, and English. I am also learning new languages now. Filipino is the national language of my country so I learned it in school since I was a child. Cebuano is really my first language. I come from the beautiful island of Mindanao so I use this language to communicate with the people around me. Aside from my fascination with languages, I am also interested in books, music, travel, food, movies, and games.我的教學經歷
I am an enthusiastic and optimistic teacher. I make sure to grade my student each lesson. I become more energetic, exaggerated, and loud when I interact with young learners. I believe, treating them like friends make them more relax, engaged, and interested. I behave more formally when I teach adults, though sometimes I can be conversant, friendly, and lively with them. As a teacher, I am passionate, understanding, and flexible with all my students. 我的課程內容與教學風格
My lessons are always interesting, fun, and interactive. I use a variety of teaching aids such as realia, flashcards, and toys. I also believe that the TPR and reward system allows me to connect with my students effectively especially with young learners. When I teach an adult, I make sure I greet them with a warm smile and use an interesting topic as a conversation starter. I correct their grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary in an effective and efficient way.我的教材
