Hello, I'm Nicola, a native Italian speaker based in Pordenone, northern Italy. As a language enthusiast, I am passionate about both teaching Italian and exploring the cultural nuances that come with it. My approach to tutoring focuses on immersive learning, helping students not only grasp the language but also appreciate the rich Italian culture—whether through travel preparation, film discussions, or conversational fluency. Outside of teaching, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking and skateboarding, as well as photography, cinema, and literature. Let’s embark on this linguistic journey together! For me learning a foreign language is an amazing experience, not only for reaching fluency itself, but also because it let you immerge in the culture, getting out of your confort zone and expand your orizons. This is the main reason I teach Italian on Italki and I wanna share with you the Italian culture. My lessons are focused more on informal conversations, reading articles, listening to podcasts and videos... Let's discuss about your learning goals and preferences in our trial lesson, so we can organize a program to reach your goal. During our lessons we can improve your speaking and listening by discussing about some topic or just chatting about our hobbies. We can also practice about grammar and reading by doing some exercises or reading articles and then discuss them.
