Ryoma

I have been taking lessons from 2021/2022 and have had to change my approach in learning Japanese whenever I'm facing a roadblock. Tried Marugoto, Genki, from written practice to conversations, Ryoma-san has always been patient, accommodating to these changes. He allows you to explore what works best, and tries his best to value-add in each lesson. Nothing short of a 100% commitment from him on regular days or days when he was slightly under the weather. A dedicated teacher from afar I'm glad we have crossed paths. Thank you Sensei.

Las clases son siempre amenas y divertidas, se me pasa la hora volando. Hoy hemos hecho mucha gramática. Muchas gracias por tus explicaciones, por el material, por los ejemplos y por ayudarme a practicar. Creo que voy mejorando poco a poco. Gracias Ryoma san.

I really enjoy my conversational classes with Ryoma. He’s very easy to talk to, creates a comfortable atmosphere, and always makes the lessons interesting. Thanks to him, I feel more confident and motivated to keep improving my Japanese

Great lesson - Ryoma is always patient with me when I don't know / forget words and verb forms. But I feel at this point (25 lessons) we're able to have a conversation. I learned a lot about お正月. Ryoma even sang some Tatsuro Yamashita。メリークリスマス！よいお年を！ありがとうございました

Ryoma is a great sensei. I appreciate his patience with me while I am in these beginning stages. I started off letting him know some of my goals, and he was able to tailor our lessons to that. Straightforward, to the point, nice fella, learning alot, looking forward to the next lesson. A+. どうもありがとうございます🙏

I've been enjoying my Japanese lessons with Ryoma so far. He's very patient, calm, and laid back, but he's also organized and has a structured plan for how the lesson will go. I'm looking forward to learning more from him!
