Hello,
I am Cindy Li Lao Shi (李老師) from Taichung, Taiwan. I have over 4,000 hours of online teaching experience as a private tutor, and I have also collaborated with OCAC Taiwan to teach overseas Chinese.
I am very passionate about learning new languages — I’ve learned six languages, including English, Japanese, French, Czech, Korean, and Spanish, so I understand the challenges of learning a new language.
I’m also deeply interested in learning and neuroscience. My teaching follows the principles of second language acquisition, making your language learning journey easier!

I've been teaching Chinese for over 4 years. I have taught over 3000 hours and over 300 hundred students.
I have qualified TCSOL (Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) and TCYL ( Teaching Chinese to Young Learners) licenses.
My students are from 3 years old to 65 years old. They are students, teachers, engineers, USA diplomats, or doctors, I have experience teaching different backgrounds, and I am very excited to meet students from around the world!
I love Chinese history, Chinese medicine, Lao Zhuang philosophy, and my beautiful hometown TAIWAN!

My lesson planning is highly diverse. It is designed based on students' learning goals, and all exercises adhere to the principles of second language acquisition. This approach, which I consider one of the most effective methods for language learning, is scientifically proven and systematic. In class, I will use Chinese as much as possible, so that even beginners can hear a lot of Chinese. However, if you have any questions, feel free to ask in English.
