My 10 year old daughter has had about 10 lessons with Shoko & she really enjoys them. She is a complete beginner & Shoko makes the lessons fun, interactive and enjoyable.

しょうこせんせい... you’re always so kind, patience and we always have fun in the class. We did review the past lessons everytime which is very important.
Today I learnt more about how to say the age... with some irregular numbers like いっさい (1), はっさい (8),じゅっさい (10), and はたち (20)... also start to learn about how to use -の- ...😊

Shoko Sensei adds new material according to the progress I am making. I also like that she gives me a written wrap-up on things she covered after each lesson.
