I have more than 20 years’ teaching experience, with over 10,000 classes taught on iTalki. I also have many years’ work experience in a highly competitive commercial environment.

My style is relaxed and friendly, analytical and practical. I try to put my clients at their ease, so that they feel comfortable and able to communicate easily. I’m a very experienced listener. I won’t interrupt you unless you ask me to. I take notes during our sessions and I use my experience to assess your needs and help you to develop a plan. I strongly believe that learning should also be fun.

I can only recommend Bob. The best English teacher I have ever had. It's great fun to learn with him, he always has helpful tips/feedback and makes a real effort to look for material or correct written texts even outside of lessons. He is also a person with whom you can have great conversations on a friendly basis. I am very happy to have chosen Bob as my teacher because he also got me through my IELTS exam successfully.
