Hi there! I was born and brought up in southern China. Cantonese is my mother tongue and at school I speak Mandarin. I learned Spanish and English at a university. I am a Spanish teacher in a language institute in Shenzhen, near Hong Kong.
With a traditional upbringing, I appreciate the Chinese culture and I would like to share it with my friends and students. While studying other languages I became fascinated how big the world is. I named myself Fresh as a reminder to always keep an open mind and my curiosity alive.
I have had some great experiences during my travels. Speaking local languages brings me closer to new friends.我的教學經歷
I've been teaching languages professionally since 2013. I've had students of all ages, from an 8 year old kid to a 65 year old retired professional. Most of my students are adults. They are passionate about learning a new language.
Whether it is a 1-on-1 class or a group, I try my best to bring out the potential that is in every student. I'm proud to see every progress my students make.
For me, teaching a language is not just showing how it is spoken or written, but also sharing the colorful culture. I also enjoy learning from my students the difference of cultures. 我的課程內容與教學風格
I make learning fun and easy by using examples, pictures, audio clips, videos, etc. I want my students to get an immersive experience as much as possible, so that they can observe the situation, experience how the words work, and how they can express themselves properly.
I use my experience of learning languages and generate useful tips that they can use to quickly understand and remember.我的教材

Lessons where the language learning lesson is very uniquely Chinese, referring to parts of the language that have no English/Spanish equivalent and is definitely where I get lost the most, she is very patient and is able to tie them together well!
