Hello, I'm Raquel, a Mandarin instructor hailing from northern China with expertise in teaching standard Mandarin. With over 1,000 lessons delivered, I specialize in guiding beginners to build confidence and assisting advanced learners in refining their fluency. As a multilingual professional—native in Chinese, fluent in English, and intermediate in Spanish—I bring a global perspective to language education. My background in hospitality and passion for travel have allowed me to connect with diverse cultures, enriching my teaching approach. I have been teaching Chinese online to foreigners for over 2 years now. I have experience of teaching all levels of students. For test preparation, I'm accepting HSK1-5.

I have many worksheets, books and pictures on different topics to help you with speaking and reading. I can teach all levels of students. I’m friendly and my teaching style is interesting and easy to understand.
For beginner students, we can work on basic conversational Chinese , basic grammar, pronunciation of words. I have many teaching materials to make the lesson more interesting.
For intermediate and advanced students, we can talk about anything you like to talk about.
