Hallo! I'm Fenja. Originally from a town near Hamburg, Germany, I now find myself in the Canary Islands, Spain, surrounded by nature and living a tranquil life. My interests are varied, I like to explore nature, but I’m also very happy to stay home with a book in front of me.我的教學經歷
Drawing from my insights from Psychology, especially those about learning and educational psychology, I've designed my programs to place the student at its heart. For me, understanding each student's unique learning pace and style is paramount. I value patience and kindness, not just as personal principles, but as essential components in teaching. My courses are geared towards one primary goal: improving your German speaking level. We always maintain a practice-oriented focus during our sessions, prioritizing the acquisition of new vocabulary. We'll engage with varied materials like videos and articles to hone your speaking, reading, and listening skills. Grammar is typically set as homework, but this approach will vary based on your language proficiency. In essence, I aim to create a balanced learning experience that prioritizes interactive engagement while ensuring a strong grasp of the German language fundamentals.我的教材

I've been taking lessons with Fenja for a few months now, and I enjoy every lesson. I'm a beginner, so it's still pretty hard for me to speak in German, but Fenja's super personable and patient, and explains things well, so she's helped me gain some confidence in speaking. Would highly recommend her classes.

Fenja is a wonderful German teacher. she is kind, patient & super knowledgeable. she meets you where you are at and goes at your pace and keeps your goals in mind. Lessons with her are fun & interesting and I look forward to them each week.

Fenja is awesome! She is incredibly patient, kind, interesting, and professional. I can’t say enough. The classes are structured with lots of time for conversation and new material with homework as well. Hard to believe it’s been four months of lessons thus far. Thanks Fenja!
