Svitlana

Svitlana is a wonderful teacher! I am working on my speaking and listening and she is always encouraging and patient with me when I don't understand something she says or have trouble remembering words. Highly recommend for everyone. Thank you, Svitlana!

Svitlana is a delight -- though I've been studying mostly on my own for 5 months, I haven't done much speaking of Ukrainian, and so this conversation practice had me very nervous and forgetting everything I knew. Svitlana was very comforting though, and helped explain meanings of words in English as she spoke. She also allowed me to speak English in my answers if I didn't have the Ukrainian. She then taught me how to say those answers in Ukrainian. Svitlana never seemed annoyed or upset at the need for some English in our conversation, and I so very deeply appreciate that -- she was very patient, and her energy is so very positive! I had a truly delightful trial lesson and will be booking further lessons with Svitlana! Дуже дякую Вам!!

I have really enjoyed working with Svitlana. She is a patient teacher and has really helped me with my Ukrainian. I have gone from having quite a basic and primitive level in the language to being an effective speaker of the language. I can only recommend taking lessons with Svitlana as she is always patient and asks questions to help push my understanding. Similarly, I have been given lots of useful examples of language as part of our lessons, which have also been sent to me after the lesson. Thank you for all of your help, Svitlana.
