My name is Luka and I am a young language enthusiast! I devoted over a quarter of my life to teaching German and English, and spent the rest of my free time learning new languages. I am a guy that loves to travel, eat new food and meet new people. I am fascinated by cultural diversity and am curious to know all about the different traditions that exist in the world. My friends would describe me as talkative and as someone who will never let the conversation die. I am particularly interested in topics such as science, medicine, music, art and languages, but enjoy conversations of any kind.我的教學經歷
My primary goal as a teacher is to help you realise how cool the language that you are trying to learn actually is. I am cheerful, thorough and patient, ready for all of the questions that are coming my way. In the last six years I have held more than 1300 lessons on italki and have tutored three generations of undergraduate students at my university. I am able to accustom myself to the students' needs and teach the language both at a beginner's level as well as at a proficient one. There is nothing in this world that brings me more joy than seeing the look on the student's face when they finally understand a concept that they have been struggling with.我的課程內容與教學風格
Even though I base my classes primarily on conversation, I like to focus on all important skills: reading, listening, writing and speaking. At lower levels, I like to follow a book since the topics are adequately organised and the grammar properly explained. I find this important because it forms a good foundation for the future. But, I usually go beyond the pages. I find interesting videos connected to the topic or come up with interesting ideas, in order to improve the various skills of the person and prompt a natural way of thinking in the target language. I am not very strict, but I do think that homework is very important. I'm also open to any suggestions of the students.我的教材

First lesson with Luka. He is just as knowledgeable, friendly, and personable as he seems in his video. He really is very encouraging to beginners, and I immediately felt comfortable and ready to engage with the material. He has really good ideas and insights into pronunciation and other details that may come up even in an intro lesson. He also adapts well to what your needs and goals are as a student. Die Unterrichten mit Luka fühlen sich gar nicht wie Unterrichten, es ist mehr wie ein Gespräch zwischen Freunden und das ist was macht sie so perfekt um scheller zu lernen, man kann sehen dass er sehr aufmerksam und engagiert, ich freue mich sehr auf unsere Gespräche und kann kaum warten bis zum nächsten Unterricht.
