Hello! My name is Jalani and I am from California.

I have a background in performance, so I love watching movies and dramas! I also love learning languages and am currently studying Japanese.
大学の専攻は演劇でしたなので、趣味は映画やドラマを観ることです。言語学も好きで、今日本語を勉強しています。
I have been teaching and tutoring English for the past 5 years and love seeing students improve!

First, I would like to know your goals with the language.
From there, we will work together to find the best learning method for you.
I am a very patient, non judgemental person. I am a language learner too, so I know how it feels to take risks in a language. My classroom is a safe place to express your ideas in English.
Late Policy:
★ If you are more than 15 minutes late, the lesson will be treated as a no-show. And no refund will be given.
★ At least 24-hour notice should be given for a lesson to be cancelled or rescheduled.我的課程內容與教學風格
Speaking Practice:
This will be based on whatever topics you like! It can be general speaking, or we could go over a prepared speech, or how to order at a resturaunt etc. We can cover anything you would like.
I will provide feedback, examples, and tips based on how you prefer to receive them.
IELTS Speaking Test Prep:
This is one of my specialty classes. Together we work through practice questions on Parts 1, 2, and 3 and I will provide feedback as well as give bonus tips as to what examiners look for during the test.
If you want to work on a particular grammar point, type of vocabulary, or theme I will have the materials prepared to help you!我的教材
