Hey guys! My name is Zuo Zhou and you can just call me Z! I am from mainland China (Shandong province) and I currently live in the U.S.
I love traveling. I've travelled a lot within China and the U.S, and I've also been to other countries like South Korea, Germany, Czech Republic, France and Italy.
I love food. Food makes me happy and I'm always up to trying new restaurants.
I love teaching and helping others learn Chinese or English. I myself also enjoy learning new languages because it is the best way to learn about a different culture.

I have taught English online when I was in China. I was mostly helping people with their English writing. I really enjoyed it and received good reviews.
After I moved to the U.S, I helped my American friends improve their Chinese. I was also a member of the Chinese Language Club at my university. I helped organize the events as well as helped non-native speakers improve their speaking and listening skills in Chinese.我的課程內容與教學風格
Our class will be focused on talking. We'll talk a lot and I'll encourage you to open your mouth even if you only know one Chinese word.
Whether you are at the beginning level, intermediate level, or advanced level, I would like to customize a study plan for you. I believe everyone is different and it's important to design a plan for each individual.
We can also decide a topic before the class, and we'll talk about everything related to that topic during that class.我的教材

It's almost a year since I had Mandarin classes with Zuo and it has been a really good experience. I learned a lot from her, not just the language but also about Chinese culture in general. She has always been supportive and every lesson is fun. I am glad to meet her. 😊
