Jay is a great teacher! He is cheerful and supportive. He makes you feel very comfortable during class and is able to point out different ways of saying things in a more accurate and natural way. I definitely recommend his classes!

To me, great teachers should have all these capabilities in order to provide a valuable service: 1. listening to the student 2. finding out their needs 3. delivering a high quality service I believe Jay has all of them.
