Conny is an amazing, wonderfully talented teacher with a real passion for it. We've been having classes for a long time now and it's always a blast. We end up discussing deep, unusual, and exciting topics, and I always leave the class with some food for thought. Our conversations flow naturally, and I don't feel judged for making mistakes or taking a bit longer to find the right word. Conny readily supplies me with correct and authentic vocabulary in the chat, which I can always revise later. I really like Conny's teaching style — I think she has a way of making every student feel a lot more confident about their German skills than they would otherwise. So if you're looking for a supportive and invested teacher that will encourage you every step of the way, Conny is your perfect choice!

I have studied with many teachers on italki, and I can confidently say that Conny is one of the top German teachers on the platform. I belive the best way to really acquiring the language is when you speak and forget you speak with your target language while the topic or the person you speak with is so interesting and that exactly what you will feel when you talk with coony, try a 30 minutes with her and you will know what I mean ,you will be yourself and you will feel like you already know her for long time . Ich glaube, der beste Weg, eine Sprache wirklich zu erlernen, ist, wenn man spricht und vergisst, dass man spricht, während das Thema oder die Person, mit der man spricht, so interessant ist. Genau dieses Gefühl wirst du haben, wenn du mit Coony sprichst. Probier es einfach mal 30 Minuten mit ihr aus, dann wirst du verstehen, was ich meine. Du wirst ganz du selbst sein und das Gefühl haben, sie schon lange zu kennen.

I always have a great time on my lessons with Conny. Exchanging stories feels natural and she will always know how to keep the natural flow of the conversation going. Corrections are seamless and I always feel that I get the insight from a native's perspective, which was my goal. Ich kann Conny jedem empfehlen, der Dialekt und Umgangssprache oder Standarddeutsch lernen oder verbessern möchte. Der Unterricht ist entspannt, abwechslungsreich und sehr praxisnah.
