Hi I'm Vivien from Malaysia. I am a TEFL-certified teacher. I have a BA Psychology from the States & MA Linguistics from the UK. I used to learn Korean and German in college. I learned a bit of French on Italki. I'm currently studying Theology in the Netherlands. I love movies, comedy series, food, traveling, visiting museums and cafés.

I teach conversational lessons. The main focus will be getting you to speak naturally in your target language through fun topics and some extra materials with websites or articles. I will correct your pronunciation during conversation. I enjoy talking about food, travel, movies, technology, internet, health, humanity, language, and culture.

Classes with Vivienne just fly by! It's easy to get comfortable with making mistakes, which she helps correct, and to start learning about any topic. She's extremely fun to talk to and can engage on any topic and often indulges my geeky discussions. She's definitely one of the most caring people I've met which is what makes her an amazing teacher

Great as usual. I always enjoy chatting with Vivienne, it definitely helps me to speak more fluently and practice the language that I have learnt, alongside picking up lots of new vocabulary! Vivienne is a relaxed and cheerful teacher who is really helpful and lovely.
