I started working with Yvan for TEF preparation but then I switched to TCF preparation, and I can’t recommend him enough for both. He is an exceptional teacher - always well-prepared, patient, and encouraging. He doesn’t just correct grammatical errors; he also suggests more natural and elegant ways to express ideas in French. What really stands out is his positivity and the way he makes learning feel lighter and more enjoyable. Even on days when I feel overwhelmed with work or not in the mood to study, his sessions always leave me feeling more confident and motivated. Every class is thoughtfully structured; he comes prepared with subjects for practice and not a minute of the session is wasted. I always walk away with new insights and a renewed sense of progress. I've been taking lessons with Yvan for a year. Yvan is an excellent teacher. He is always well prepared and chooses very interesting videos/topics to discuss. His interview style conversation are incredible. He was able to improve my vocabulary, grammar and conversational skills a lot. My current goal is to expand my French vocabulary and improve the way I express myself. Thanks to the homework I receive from Yvan—topics that I prepare as presentations and then discuss—I feel that every week I have a new opportunity to enrich my vocabulary in different ways. This process pushes me to express myself in new forms, sometimes challenging, but always rewarding. It’s proving to be an excellent method for building confidence when speaking French.

I've really enjoyed my sessions with Yvan. He's helped me a lot with my TEF speaking preparation. Each session has been really effective in helping me express my ideas in French and structure my answers specifically for the TEF.
