Ciao! I’m Federica, your Italian tutor from the beautiful city of Perugia, nestled in Umbria—Italy’s lush 'green heart.' 🇮🇹✨ As a Community Tutor for Italian, I’m passionate about sharing not just the language but the vibrant culture and traditions of my homeland. Since I am also a Tour Guide, my teaching philosophy revolves around making Italian *alive* for you—whether it’s through art, food, or lively chats about local customs. I want you to *experience* the language, not just study it, by connecting it to real-life moments and passions.
I believe learning a language should feel natural and enjoyable, which is why I love creating a relaxed space where students can express themselves, make mistakes, and grow with confidence.
For the past six years, I’ve been helping students become fluent and confident in Italian through engaging, conversation-focused lessons.
I accompany my students beyond grammar and vocabulary, helping them experience the heart of Italy — from breathtaking landscapes and timeless art to local traditions and everyday life.

Federica is a fantastic teacher, and graciously accepted my lesson request (which was scheduled for early morning) even though I booked it only a few hours before the time of the lesson.
She is a wonderful teacher and an incredible conversationalist. Also, she is super hilarious, so you will have a great time in the lesson!
She also provided amazing notes live during the lesson and put them in the chat.
I highly recommend trying a lesson with Federica 😇.
