Hi, my name is Christian, but you can call me Chris. I was born and raised in South Africa and currently live in Johannesburg. Having lived in three provinces and four cities, and attended three primary schools and two high schools, I've become adept at connecting with people. Being the "new kid" often pushed me to make new friends, which made me a people person who loves helping others reach their goals. I have many interests and hobbies, some of which also serve as additional sources of income, such as day trading and social media marketing.

I've been teaching English online for seven years, working with both kids and adults from all around the world. I have taught all levels, from beginners to advanced learners. When I first started teaching online, my primary students were from China, Japan, and Taiwan. This was an office-based job where I had to undergo a six-day training camp and complete a 120-hour TEFL certificate before I could begin teaching. Eventually, I transitioned to teaching English online from the comfort of my home, allowing me to reach students globally.

I truly believe that learning a new language should be fun and interactive. I specialize in teaching kids and beginners, using a lot of visuals such as pictures and videos to make lessons engaging. Each student has their own language goals, whether it's pronunciation, grammar, or conversational English. I tailor my lessons specifically to your needs so we can reach your goals together. In my lessons, I use a variety of materials, including articles, textbooks, music, pictures, videos, free online resources, and special lessons created by myself. Whatever resources you prefer, I'll incorporate them into our sessions. Additionally, I'll act as a coach, providing tips and tricks to help you a
