I love class with Alice! She is so encouraging. I never feel rushed, and I feel like I am making progress with each and every class. When I have trouble with pronunciation, she always finds a way to help me remember how to say things correctly. By the end of class, the words that were a struggle at the beginning feel roll right off the tongue. I highly recommend Alice, she puts so much energy into her teaching and always has recommendations for listening materials I can use outside of class.

I always enjoy my Teochew lesson with Alice. Alice spends the time to review material from previous lessons and then build on what I already know. She adjusts the pace and material accordingly. Thanks again for another great lesson as always!

I’ve been searching for years and Alice is one of the very few who teaches Teochew dialect. As a language learner and also a language tutor myself, I really appreciate how Alice is a dedicated and professional teacher. Her instructions are clear, methodical, easy-to-follow.
