I've been looking for a while for Spanish classes that fit my life but that are also fun and motivating. I'm so happy to have found Josué. The class was super interesting, really fun and I left feeling so motivated. Speaking Spanish has always been the hardest bit of studying for me but I felt super comfortable waffling and making mistakes with Josué. Can't wait for my next class!

Another amazing conversation! Our time together really flies by! I enjoy being able to talk about a chosen topic as well as having the ability to digress to other interesting topics. The conversation flow is natural and Josué creates an atmosphere that allows me to feel comfortable making errors in vocabulary and grammar. This is so much more effective than doing grammar exercises or sitting in a classroom listening to a lecture in Spanish. I recommend anyone who wants to get serious about learning Spanish to leave your "editor's hat" off and just try to speak with whatever words and grammar you already know without fear of making mistakes. Josué is the perfect guide to help you gain that confidence which will allow you to improve your Spanish in a fun and natural way.

Thoroughly enjoyed my first lesson with Josue. He speaks almost entirely in Spanish, which whilst challenging, is really enjoyable and I think will prove beneficial. It is done in a very supportive way and before reverting to English when I didn't understand, he spoke more slowly, explain in other ways and tried writing which most of the time led to me understanding enough to respond! Would highly recommend and will definitively be back for more.

I have been having italki lessons with Josué for several months and I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is really patient has a great sense of humour and always tailors the conversation to themes you are interested in. He is excellent at providing you with authentic Spanish sayings and also often send you interesting links to articles, videos and podcasts in Spanish that reflect your interests. And best of all when I recently visited Spain I found that I was much more confident in conversing with locals after my lessons with Josué. A real gem of a teacher.

Josue is a master conversationalist. Not only can he talk about literally any topic and adjust his level of speed and vocabulary for each student, he has a great sense of humor (in both English and Spanish) and is a fantastic storyteller. I always look forward to class. Thanks Josue!
