Hello! Hola! 你好! I’m Vanessa from San Francisco, California, USA. I’ve been teaching English online for 8 years, including 4 years mainly teaching Chinese students on DaDaABC.
I teach children age 6+ who already have some basic English (A1+). 我教的是6岁以上、已经具备一定英语基础（A1+）的孩子。请在预订前仔细阅读课程说明。My classes focus on real-life English through conversation, games, and topics students enjoy. I’m not a textbook-style teacher. I believe learning should feel fun, natural, and connected to real life.
As a full-time traveler and home chef, I love bringing culture, food, and everyday experiences into class.我的教學經歷
English should feel fun, engaging, and useful in real life. When students enjoy class and actually participate, they learn faster and build real confidence using English outside the classroom.
My lessons are interactive, interest-based, and focused on real communication—not textbooks. I use games, conversations, and topics students enjoy to keep them engaged and speaking.

I keep my classes fun, interactive, and very real. Students are always involved—talking, thinking, and actually using English, not just listening.
We use games, videos, stories, and conversations to make learning feel natural. I also bring in reading, vocabulary, grammar, phonics, and school support when needed, but always in a way that feels easy and engaging.
I don’t teach from textbooks. English is learned through real-life topics and interaction, not memorizing.
