Bonjour! I’m Simon, a certified French teacher and DELF examiner from France with 5+ years of experience. Passionate about making learning dynamic, I blend conversations, real-world topics (like travel, tech, or ecology), and exam prep to help you speak confidently. Whether you’re preparing for a test or just love la langue française, let’s make progress—avec plaisir!
I have been teaching many kind of people from differents types of cultural background. I started teaching in Mexico in High School and University, I learn really quick that the very best way of teaching don't need to be organise with an exam every two weeks but being free with your students leading the conversation and every subject.
Then I gave personal French classes until my travel in Indonesia, where I taught English as volunteer in different schools in West Java. A great experience to teach without any other base than the signs language and some photos.
Now it has been 5 years since I teach online and in a language school in France.
From A1 to C1 I will find the best document that will fit your needs so we can improve your French and to reach the goal that you have. Of course SPEAKING is gonna be the main focus in our classroom.

I just had my first lesson with Simon, and it was a pleasure to meet him! He came very prepared for our first lesson with activities to work on. He spoke slowly and clearly, and was willing to take the time to let me think through how to properly phrase what I wanted to say as I bumbled around in whatever French I could muster. Aujourd'hui, nous avons parlé des parties du corps. J'apprends vite avec Simon. Les leçons ne me semblent pas difficiles, mais en relisant mes notes, je me rends compte que j'apprends très rapidement. Merci pour cette excellente leçon, Simon !

Aujourd'hui, nous avons travaillé la liaison et la prononciation afin de préparer la leçon de la semaine prochaine. Le reste de la leçon a été consacré au vocabulaire sportif. Ces leçons thématiques offrent de nombreuses occasions de pratiquer la lecture et l'expression orale. C'était encore une excellente leçon ! Merci beaucoup, Simon ! Tu es un super professeur !
