Hello! ¡Hola! I’m Paloma, a native English teacher from the US specializing in helping shy speakers gain confidence. With 25+ years of ESL teaching and fluency in Spanish, I bridge language gaps while easing fears, because I’ve been there too!

A little known side of transcription is that it's critically important to understand what you're transcribing, not just type what you hear. This level of comprehension is what makes the difference between hearing and communicating, which is a critical element of teaching.
