"Hi! I’m Ersel, a certified professional Turkish teacher with years of experience. I was born and raised in Istanbul, giving me a natural command of the language, which I now back with formal academic training.
What sets me apart is my professional background: I hold a specialist certificate in 'Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language' from Yıldız Technical University. This means my lessons are not just based on being a native speaker, but on proven pedagogical methods and 60 hours of formal training in language instruction.
I also hold a degree in Economics from Marmara University . Being a language learner myself (I speak English fluently and (I speak Bosnian ,Serbian at an inter我的教學經歷
I am a graduate of Marmara University (Department of Economics) and am currently completing my Master’s degree at the Institute of European Studies. My academic background, combined with my Specialist Certificate in 'Teaching Turkish as a Foreign Language' from Yıldız Technical University, allows me to offer a high-standard educational experience.
I don’t just see myself as a tutor, but as a language coach. Having mastered English and learned Bosnian, I understand the psychological barriers of speaking a new language. I like to focus heavily on conversation because I believe it is the most natural and fun way to learn a language. In my sessions, you should be prepared to speak a lot and not shy away from sharing your hobbies and interests!

Pronunciation is such a big part of learning Turkish, but I think it doesn’t always get enough attention. This is why I really loved how Ersel took the time to help me sound natural, not just correct. He showed me how words should flow and how to make my speech sound more natural.
