Program Manager- Managed the NYC Construction Mentorship program, the Bond Readiness program and the new HPD Building Opportunity program, all part of the Compete To Win suite of services offered to M/WBE certified small businesses within the New York City area.
- Analyzed the qualifications for certified firms who wish to apply to each program and oversee program contractor's interview process.
2013 - 2014
Education Program Coordinator- Partnered with the Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment, NYU, the SUNY Levin Institute, Syracuse University, the Kauffman Foundation and Interise to provide impactful and award-winning programming to entrepreneurs i.e. Kauffman FastTrac and Interise Streetwise MBA
- Contributed to major milestones reached of over 2,500 graduates, 330+ jobs created and over $64 million in government contracting and financing attained by program alumni.

I’m extremely happy that I found Alicia for studying business English. Unfortunately, I never really had the opportunity to discuss my professional experience and projects in English, and as a result, I simply didn’t know how to do it.
After just a few lessons with Alicia, I’m already able to confidently and clearly talk about one of my projects — just one for now, but with real confidence. Today we worked on the kinds of questions I might be asked about this project and how to answer them properly. The lesson was outstanding — very practical, well-structured, and closely aligned with real interviews and business situations.
