I have worked with Alex for over a year and just recently returned to his classes. I have had multiple language teachers/coaches, but none can hold a candle to Alex. His proffesionalism, absolute patience, encouragement, and knowledge is world class. He has built my speaking ability in such a fast timeline, and I have enjoyed every moment in his classes. Alex is truly an excellent teacher. He uses a variety of approaches—sometimes we just have natural conversations about life or current events, and other times he brings in objects from around him, stories, and creative methods to help me pick up vocabulary quickly. He’s always encouraging, and most importantly, I’ve not been bored once! That makes it easy to stay motivated and consistent with learning. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking to acquire the Russian language.
