Hello, I'm Lia, and I'll be your friendly guide to learning Korean. I have experience living in both Ireland and France, so I can teach in both English and French. I’ve studied several languages, including Japanese, which helped me discover effective and practical ways to learn. Learning multiple languages taught me the importance of practice, patience, and consistent review. As a positive and encouraging person, I understand how challenging language learning can be, and I always try to support my students every step of the way. I bring not only language knowledge but also cultural insight to help you understand Korean in a more meaningful way. Let’s enjoy the journey together!

我的教學經歷

As a teacher, I’m positive, patient, and always encouraging. I have 9 years of experience teaching students of all ages, from children to adults, and I deeply understand the common struggles learners face. That’s why I make sure to create a supportive and fun learning environment where students feel safe to make mistakes and try again. I believe the best progress comes when students are relaxed and motivated. I pay close attention to each student’s pace and learning style, and I guide them step-by-step so they can improve steadily with confidence and joy.

我的課程內容與教學風格

My lessons are personalized based on each student’s level, interests, and goals. I use Sejong Korean textbooks to cover vocabulary, grammar, and conversation effectively, and I also offer special classes using K-pop, K-dramas, business Korean, or TOPIK preparation. I focus especially on two things: review and speaking practice. After each lesson, I give feedback and homework to help students review thoroughly. I encourage students to speak a lot during class to build fluency naturally. I aim to make each lesson practical, engaging, and full of real-life expressions you can use right away!
